• If we’re busier than usual, processing might take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

• Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Need it faster? We offer expedited options for an extra fee.

3. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number. It usually becomes active within 24 hours, so you can follow your purchase’s journey to your doorstep.

4. Customs and Duties

• Depending on where you live, customs duties and taxes may apply. Unfortunately, we can’t cover these costs, so they’ll be your responsibility.

5. In Case of Damages

• We do our best to ensure your items arrive safely. If anything is damaged during shipping, please get in touch with us and the carrier immediately. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
